Mazak space gear mk2 4000w problem with cover opening and closing

I have been having an issue with the cover for the machine closing and opening at a stead speed. It gets stuck often. Has anyone had this problem before.

make sure the rails are clean and air pressure is good. Also let it open or close fully before hitting anything else. some times switching between programs or opening the clams will cause it to stop for a quick second and it loses its momentum.
