Mazak 2D Laser Super Turbo X48 **Power Failure**

We had a power outage while the machine was cutting the sheet. Now we are trying to restart the machine and we are unable to send Z-X-Y axis to a home position. The "Z" cutting head when trying to send home, it moves only downwards and does not complete its full motion by going down then up and back to home position. Any suggestions on how to solve this malfunction would be greatly appreciated.
