mathematical models for hull speed prediction

Hi,
Is there any computation model predicting the limit hull speed in calm conditions using simple hull parameters like Cb Cp LWL BOA Draft Displacement etc.
It would be very usefull for me since I am trying to design small hulls in a very simple solid modeling tool.
