Mate that changes length and "wraps" to surface.

I need use mate on things that will cause them to "bend" and/or lengthen. Is this possible?

Example: I have a curved surface with a groove in it and I and going to mate a part with that group. The part is, say, a straight T beam. I need the beam to bend so that it is coincident to the curved surface.
