Mass property calculations

Hi everyone, has anyone seen this message before 'mass property calculations could not match requested accuracy' It gives me the option to Cancel or Accept, which i have to accept twice before i can move on
It has just started popping up every time i save an assembly which has less than 200 parts (does not yet happen on other assenblies).
Running Inventor 2008 Pro, Win XP Pro, 4gb ram, Nvidia quadro 1500 fx.
