Have a look in c:\program files\solid edge\custom\batch for a file called batch.exe.
It will print a whole directory or just selected files, and will also convert to/from Solid Edge.
Make sure your printer settings are correct before letting it loose on a whole load of draft files.
I'd do ONE first to test it.
