A 4-in or 6-in wide masonry block wall requires what depth concrete slab?

Is 6-in or 8-in acceptable?

This is a proposed 24 FT x 36 FT slab on grade outdoor pavailion with rest rooms at one end - say 6 feet in from the end.

Assume a weight per linear foot and check shear at given depth of concrete.

Depends on bearing strength and reactivity (shrink/swell) of the foundation. Has there been a soil test don for the site?
