Has anyone here used Dodge Reports to do market research for new leads in MEP engineering consulting work?

I am an Electrical Engineer looking for new ways to drum up new business. I know the Dodge Reports are geared towards contractors but I was wondering if they had any value to the Architect/Engineering Community as far as market research is concerned.
