Maptek Vulcan- Making blocks smaller

Hello everyone,

I am having a bit of trouble with my project. I have received a block model with block dimensions of 30x30x30, but I need to make the blocks 15x15x15. Does anyone know a way to do it? I have been trying for days but only found ways to combine the blocks rather than divide them.
