Manway design. Clarification.

Dear all,
Can anyone please tell me what kind of manway design is this, it’s a manway welded on a pressure vessel head.

Its a good thing that you only posted one photo .... multiple photos or measurements would be giving us way too much information...

I assumed somebody else would know.
The part welded into the vessel looks like a studded outlet flange.
The rest of it- don't know. Looks like a head welded to a flange with a handhole in the center. Or some type of instrument or heater port?
 
Or something...

The problem with sloppy work is that the supply FAR EXCEEDS the demand
