Hello,

My company has a bunch of work instructions on an internal website. We want to make the work instructions available to our operators through kiosks at each work cell. We mainly do low volume, high cycle time (10-15 minutes), light assembly (no machining, etc) work.

I've considered a number of options:

1) $400 touchscreen monitor + $219 mini PC mounted on pole

2) Same as (1), but using an ELO POS monitor (like $450)

2) Galaxy Tabs w/ rugged case + vesa mount ~($250).

What do you all use?

Thanks

Our shop is rather dirty, so we use mini-PC and regular screens (not touch).
Touch screens don't like abrasive dust on them.
In a clean environment a tablet makes a lot of sense, unless screen size matters.
