Hello ,

ASME Sec VIII , Div 2 vessel, If I need to use the Nozzle Pro software to evaluate the stress as per cl. 4.5.15 (c), than Shall I need to certify Manufacturer's design report by a Certifying engineer as per Cl. 2.3.3.1 (2)..?

In my personal opinion, the answer is yes. However, I would recommend clarifying that with your AI.
