Hello, to design compressed air, propane, nitrogen and similar systems layouts what manuals or books can you experts advise to buy please

What application?
Not a manual, but there are some building codes relating to fuel gas piping, ASME codes for power piping, etc. But we don't know if you're designing lunar modules or barbecue grills, so it's kind of hard to nail it down.

Atlas Capco use to distribute engineering technical material back when it bought Worthington air compressor division, perhaps this company still continues that practice. I would not be surprised if other major manufacturers of compressed air equipment did the same service. With propane, nitrogen, oxygen contact your local distributors for related technical material. NFPA 58 is a guide to propane installations, so check out the NFPA publications for other gases.

Atlas Copco has good references, but also Spirax Sarco has nice things you can download.
