I'm not sure if this is a question for this forum.... But here it is. I'm the maintenance manager at an oil/wax refinery and we are doing a zero base budget. I have been asked to get metrics on needed man power. Like how many craftsmen per number of equipment, how many field workers per supervisor and such. Is there a formula or a calculator that someone could point me to?
