is there a requirement to keep these records up to date?
i.e. the changes to reflect allowance of p-1 to p-15 on wps & pqr.

can a pqr listing only p-1 qualify the welder to weld p-10 materials?

these may be simplistic questions but i am not up to speed on these requirements; still learning.

The only maintenance required is to keep the WPS's up to date with code changes. There should be no changes to the PQR because this is a record of what was done at the time of procedure qualification. Welding procedure specifications can be revised at any time.

So, review the WPS and welder continuity logs to make sure they are up to date with Code requirements.
