Hi: As part of the Phase 2 Stormwater programs, the State of New York has a requirement in its model regulation that municipalities take a bond for post construction maintenance of stormwater facilities: basins, pond, underground infiltration, rain gardens etc.
Phase 2 is of course a national program, so, I was wondering if others in New York or the rest of the country have a similar requirement. If they do, how have the bond amounts been determined?
