Magnetic Heater heat transfer calculation 1

Hello guys
I am trying to calculate the heat transfer rate from a rotating magnet system to a copper wire which has water running inside
System is powered by 1.5 kW electric motor which has 3000 rpm. Ratio of pulleys is 1/2
I am adding the photos of the system. Can you help me i have red a lot of articles but i couldnt find any information. Thank you.

Eddy current heater? You could probably find an average heat transfer coefficient, h, for the flowing water inside the copper tube. Much tougher to get the heat transfer coefficient on the outside of the copper tubing. I'd assume that was much less than the transfer on the inside and ignore it. So at steady state, the amount of heat transferred to the water = the amount generated in the copper.
 
Hey thanks for the answer! I have one more question in heat transfer formula which is Q = h*A*(Ts-T∞) what do i write for Ts and T∞? Also for the heat transfer area should i write copper tube cross sectional area? Thanks in advance!
