M-Tools software

Hi Guys,

I am kvnadsp.

i am looking to get a copy of the M-Tools software so as to download the programming info on the DX 9100.

I am based in South Africa, and would not like to use the local J-C people. (Have tried and they are not helpful).

Do you have a Johnson Controls customer account number? If so, you can buy it on their westore: (

Otherwise, I don't think that they will sell it to you. Try
