LSIS Panel Web Server

I have an LSIS PLC, and Touchpanel.

I use the XP-panel manager to run the VNC server / log dtata /etc.

I have tried to use the web server, but everytime I run it it just gives me the little red 'x'. I have made the site trusted and removed every security setting I can find.

It asks me to run the XP-VNCAx, which I do, but just comes up with the frame and the 'x' in it. I thought something was built in, or do I have to write the page from scratch?
