Does anyone know who the major LPG Terminal engineering & design firms are? A Google search did not turn up much.

Sorry guys for the in-complete request. I am not referring to LPG vehicle fill up terminals, but large volume, marine/ship loading terminals.

Check the Engineering News Record for pipeline contractors. Surely most large engineering contractors can design a marine terminal suitable for propane. The pipeline contractors such as Williams Brothers or Jacobs Linder may have a lower overhead than Fluor or KBR.

I've checked with a few colleagues at Willbros Engineers & Gulf Interstate, neither have the expertise to design large LPG terminals (this one is in Ecuador).
