Lost Decals when exporting to 3D pdf

Hi,


I'm trying to create a 3D pdf from an assembly with an attached decal as a label.(The label isa sqaure png image)


When savings as 3D PDF or .u3d the decal dissapears.


I have alsotryed to apply the label as an appearence and as a material but thetext is reversed and the picture size does not match the sizei apply inSW.


How do i solve this? alternatively which programmes do i need to get this working?

Hello,

This has been discussed at length on another SolidWorks forum and it was found that decals do not appear in 3D PDF files. The suggestion is to use 3DVIDA to create the required documentation.
