I'm trying to find a worksheet format (or guidance) to document how well a fairly complex system complies with a complex set of regulatory requirements.
I have been trying to set up tables with verification and validation columns.
Where regulations point to definitions and other paragraphs in other regulations it all becomes very unwieldy.
Can anyone suggest a simple presentable format?
All assistance is appreciated.
