I am using the Animatics Smartmotor and was needing a little creative feedback about the torque mode limitations and application. Any experience with these?

I have limited experience with older generation Smartmotors that were built into a legacy auotmation system I inhereted.
Have you contacted Animatics directly? The couple times I had to refer to them, they were quite helpful.
