Looking for "Printing Cylinder Data for 3/8" Circular Pitch Gears&quot

I need some help on getting (or locating) a 3/8" CP Chart, that shows the following information for Heical Gears:

1) Cylinder Repeat
2) Bare Cyl. Dia for 0.125 Pl.
3) Number of Teeth on Gear
4) Pitch Diameter of Gear

I have charts for 1/4 Circular Pitch, and for 10 Diametral Pitch Gears. The charts are old, and have no information on where I got them.
