Looking for Orifice and Kd values for a Lonergan model LCT-11S/4 relief valve.

I am looking for orifice info and Kd values for a Lonergan model LCT-11S/4 relief valve. I am doing relief calculations for a 1"x1" valve and cannot find the information. Anyone have it?

I checked the National Boards "Red Book", NB-18. It was not in there.
