Fisher Controls-Regulators LP-Gas Division has booklet LP-10 LP-Gas Serviceman's handbook with pages 18-28 data and tables for sizing LP gas pipe and tubing. REGO also has their LP-Gas Servicemans manual, pg 20-25 with data and tables for sizing LP gas pipe and tubing.
