Looking for help with motherboard suggestions

I'm looking at a new system. Can anyone suggest if there might be any benefits of the following motherboards (one vs the other):
Nvidia nForce 750i..... vs..... Nvidia nForce780i


The other components I'm considering:

Processor: Intel Core Duo-E8600
Card: FX1700
ram: 4 gigs
HD: 320 g 7200 SATA

Looks like a good (and inexpensive) system. Are you particularly stuck on the nForce boards or open to others? I'm using a Gigabyte board I really like--nice quality of connectors, etc. evident when I installed it (unlike some Asus boards that have caused big problems in the past).
