I don't have a translation, but someone better carefully check those cantilevered walls for overturning, sliding, and deflection. Those L-shaped walls do not look like they are underpinning the building. They are tall with a big building surcharge. I got involved in a similar project where I expressed my concerns about doing the same retaining wall method. The project team looked at me like I was crazy. The job never got built.
