I am trying to find the "Pyrotechnic Shock Tutorial Program" from the 31st Annual Technical Meeting of the IEST, Apr-May 1985.

I am specifically looking for the following articles:

“Review of Pyro-Shock Generating Devices and Source Levels”
Kalbfleisch, K.C.

“Pyroshock Test Simulation Methods”
Powers, D.R.

“Survey of Pyroshock Prediction Methodology”
Van Ert, D.L.

I tried the IEST, but they don't keep the tutorial programs. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

Nevermind, I found these (again while looking for something else) at the Arnold AFB Library. You got to love Inter-Library loan programs.
