We extrude several million pounds of Aluminum channel a year and have been dis-satisfied with our current supplier for sometime now. They often change our drawings/tolerances to help them maximize their material volume push, great for them, but bad for us. Any qualified suggestions are greatly appreciated.

There is an aluminum extruder on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I can't remember their name off the top of my head, but I've worked with them in the past and they were very good. "Good Ole' Southern Boys"...Not sure where you are located, but I can probably get some additional information on them if you are interested.

There are a lot. Do a google search to find one that fits your needs and area.

We've used Alexandria Extrusion in the past with good results.

We have use Taber Metals, Gulfport MS for our extrusions for the last 20 years (5000 series AL. alloys).

Taber...that's the one I was trying to think of earlier.

Thanks to all that have posted possible Aluminum extrusion sources.

We have had good luck with Loxcreen with several custom shapes we do.
