looking for 3D Fluid-Structure interaction tutorials FSI

i am trying to do a 3D fluid structure interaction of a transient dynamic problem using ansys multiphysics and CFX both v11 sp1. At the fluid structure interface i want to pass velocity, displacement or pressure information/data from the structure model to the fluid and once the next iteration has converged in the fluid model then pass the new updated information back to the structure model and so on until the model has completed. Basically have the information transfer between both models going both ways.

can anyone tell me where i might find some simple examples to get me started.
I am currently reading through the ansys documentation on FSI multi field problems.
