London's Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Fire

From the item, it appears that the fire was mostly confined to the roof, which would account for the thick black smoke. Also, it was noted that there was work being done to refurbish and remodel some of the penthouse suites, so perhaps this may have contributed to the cause of the fire.
