mmh, I assume the loops are open somewhere.
I think, I tried everything for the 1st two geometries. Convert, Optimize Face, Cleanup etc. - without success.
The third example has the same dimension, but it's only half of the square and half of the circle, dimensions are the same as before. But the Lofted Flange command solves it differently. Whatever, there I can Flange "everthing".
