Loft in SolidWorks 1

Does anyone know how to create a loft between this flange. The link has the SolidWorks project file and a AutoCAD image of the desired result.

I'm not sitting at my computer with SolidWorks installed, but it looks like you could build the outer cylinder and then do an extrude cut with a draft angle using the profile that you have in AutoCAD.

Create the Rectangular Flange & Circular Boss as a solid, first.
Then use the Lofted Cut to create the hollow. Sketch profiles need to be created prior to using the Lofted Cut.
