Load Rating of FC girder in CSA S-06

I am doing a load rating of a Concrete FC girder bridge. The bridge is 2 span (30m - 30m) contineous with a width of 22 m. The bridge is constructed with precast concrete FC girders.
I am wondering what type of superstructure (Table 5.2, CSA S-06) I will consider to follow the CSA S-06 simplified methid of analysis

What is FC? What does CSA S-06 mean?

The Fenrich Concrete (FC) girder is an inverted U-shape precast prestressed concrete bridge girder.

CSA S-6 is the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code.

If the U has bottom of the u as the soffit then Multi-spine, if the U has the bottom of the u inverted to provide support for a deck overlay then slab-on-girder.
