good morning,

I am performing a load flow study for the first time and I have been going through some old reports to make sure I am on the right track. I came across a report that identified the utility's short circuit availability (X/R, MVAsc) for use in the load flow study. Just so I am not losing my mind, the utility fault availability won't make a lick of a difference in load flow, correct?

Thanks for the help

The fault current provides a measure of source impedance. If you want to know the effect of load on supply voltage then you need to know source impedance.
