I have a surface grinder the total weight of the grinder is 800kg, the base area is 2.290m2 which gives 349 Kg/m2 load bearing, the grinder has three pedestal feet, each foot can support 266.6kg (800/3) question is, is the load bearing calculation the same 349 kg/m2 or is there a different calculation to take into account the three support feet.

This sounds like something for a shop floor and not a bridge. Are you asking if you can take advantage of the live load distribution factors in AASHTO for your analysis?

I apologize this question may have been posted in the wrong catagory

No worries. Either way I would consider the pedestals as point loads and distribute them proportionally (using simple statics) to the supporting structure. Also, don't forget to consider any vibration induced loads on your system due to the grinder. Hope this helps.
