Regarding this type of storage tank, there is any construction code to be followed? How can I certify the construction of such tank type? I will appreciate your help.

The applicable design standards/codes for such items are as follows.

API 625 - Tank Systems for Refrigerated Liquefied Gas Storage
ACI 376 - Code Requirements for Design and Construction of Concrete Structures for the Containment of Refrigerated Liquefied Gases
