I'm conducting a techno-economic feasibility study for producing LN2 - liquid nitrogen in the middle east region.
I was looking for any chemical, process, or electrical engineer who can help me by providing the rule of thumb of electricity consumption to produce N2 gas and N2 liquid at medium purity, as a Kwh/Nm3 or Kwh/Kg.
The process will be air separation using a cryogenic distillation process. and the daily production of LN2 and N2 will reach 30 Mt per day
Also, the Ln2 shall be kept refrigerated, so a rule of thumb for continuous circulation and refrigeration is needed.
