lmadmin_ptc won't start

We updated to Creo 2.0 M070 but did not update our Intralink currently running 9.1 M060. Everything seemed to be working fine until non engineer employees started trying to use their viewers. Found out that the drawings were not getting published. Think we narrowed it down to the fact that the lmadmin_ptc service will not start. We get "Windows could not start the lmadmin_ptc service on Local Computer. Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly." Any one have any suggestions short of updating Intralink which we plan on doing but it's not in the budget right now so we are looking for a temp fix.
