Thanks to everyone for all the great information on LLC's, S-corp, C-corp and the other options.

I've narrowed it down to an LLC or S-Corp and had some discussion with both an Attorney and Accountant. The corporation will be formed outside of California, but eventually work on projects (MEP) in California. I've read where it says California does not allow LLC's (domestic or foreign) to render professional services as licensed professionals in California.

Has anyone experienced or heard if there are problems working in California or any other state as a PE thru an LLC?
