I am wondering what command I should use in order to bend a Living Hinge for Assembly? Although I applied "Base Flange from Sheet Metal" to create the Living hinge, the hingedidn't fold for assembly!Any suggestions!

When you model thie hinge put an axis through the virtual point that the hinge will rotate and make an angle controlled plane. Build the lid relative to this plane being careful not to pick any fixed plane in this axis, then model the hinge itself. adjusting this angle will now move the lid in a eral way -- as long as at either extreme there is no self-intersection as there would be if it clipped into something. I've always found this useful as it gave me the assembly condition as well as the layout for the toolmaker.

Thanks for your help!
