Do you include live load surcharge, specifically traffic in your overturning and sliding checks for cantilevered retaining walls? Gracias

Yes/No. Depends on the distance of the traffic load. Do a subject search on this forum, there are many helpful discussions on this topic.

Live loads should only be applied where they can have the most destabilizing effect. Note, live loads should only affect the wall system within the distance of the Rankine wedge. For CIP cantilevered semi-gravity walls, this distance will generally be measured from the end of the heel slab. Live load portion acting above the heel slab will tend to stabilize the wall system and should not be counted.
