I'm looking for a liquid that can be dispensed onto a stainless steel product that will "solidify" into a foam gasket. The finished height of the gasket would need to be approximately 0.25". The application equipment would be a dispensing system put on the end of a robot or cartesian system. Performance would need to be that of a silicone caulk that you would buy at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.

Currently, I have found only one product from Dow that is a 2 part silicone foam. Is there anyone else that makes this type of product?

Since you gave no specific details about the end use here is a company that you want to contact as they have a very good selection of materials.

Thank you for the link!

The end product is a variety of products that are used in home improvement/DIY/construction products. Examples: windows, sinks, faucets, doors, etc.

I am looking to replace silicone caulk with a foam gasket that can be applied in the form of a liquid. The silicone caulk I'm referring to is the tub/tile and door/window stuff. The only difference I'm aware of is the antimicrobial which I can specify with the manufacturer. I am not aware of the specific performance specs but GE Silicone II is a product that is typically used by the consumer.
