Linking cell in excel to file properties of part/draft file.

I am quite familiar with linking cells in elxel to the variable table, but is there a way to link a cell to file properties within a part file or draft file.
For instance, is it possible to link a part number located in a spreadsheet, to the "Title" for the draft property?

Also, has anyone come across a way to link a text string in an excel worksheet cell to a text profile within a cutout?
