Try using Excel. For each pipeline or pipe line number, have a sheet or tab with:
First column is Kp or distance point, next column type of repair (clamp, sleeve, fibre wrap etc), next one permanent or temporary repair, next one date of repair, next one indicating if it needs to be removed at the next shutdown, next one comments, etc
