Accumulated deviation from straightmess measured along two perpendicular faces of the pile when not subject to bending shall not exceed 1/8 in. per 10 ft. of length. Note that long prestressed piles may be inherently flexible and excess sweep may be a temporary condition due to method of storage."

It seems to indicate that may be delivered to site with some out of straightedness due to storage. You would have to hang then vertically for some time and then measure the out of straightedness, or something like so seems to imply.
