Library features with configs

We have several common sizes of shafts that almost every product we model uses. I'm trying to make some library features of these different shafts that use configs. The configs aren't a problem but I have some features that I want to suppress in the different configs. I have created the library features and they work fine, until I try to save a file with the library feature inserted, Solidworks then crashes and dumps be back to the desktop. Anyone else use library features having the same problem?

This is a bug and should be fixed in SP2....I believe.
