LFD bridge design specification

Hello,
when applying the impact factor for live loads shown in the LFD design manual using the furmula I=50/L+125 (ft), should this factor be applied to the equavilent lane load with the floating concentrated load (18k and 0.64 klf for moment and 24k with 0.64klf for shear)?

Chapter 3 of the specs should answer your question. I’m pretty sure Impact is applied to both the lane and concentrated loads in LFD.

Yes, for LFD, impact is added to the lane load.
