leveling seabed

Hi,

May I ask what methods are used to level a rock seabed in order to have a linear bed, to place concrete sleeper beams and a precast hollow block quay wall in a depth of sea water of 3.9m?

This is after dredging works are conducted to remove silt material.

What type of "rock"?? solid, fractured?? Give us something to go on here.

blast or otherwise remove the hard material that you want removed from your foundation. Place a rubble mound consisting of crushed rock with larger rock at the exterior/toes to protect against scour. set your structure on the mound
